Aircon rescue is a massive quality of life improver!! After submitting your quote, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your measurement appointment.

Measurement Appointment

On the date of your appointment. Our technicians will arrive within your chosen time slot to measure your window.

Paying the Invoice

Once your measurement is complete, we will send you an invoice. Once this invoice is paid, you'll receive an email where you can book your installation.

Install Appointment

Our technicians will arrive on the installation day within the chosen time slot for the appointment to install the AC window panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Soon Can I Get It Installed?

We allow customers to book their own appointment day and time, so its dependent on your availability. Both appointments are typically finished within a week or less.

Does It Cause Permanent Damage?

Absolutely not. The panels attach using a specially designed hook and loop (Velcro) tape, which ensures a secure fit to the window frame without the need for screws, drilling, or any permanent alterations.

Can the Acrylic Panel Be Removed?

Our panels are designed to be removable, making them convenient during the winter or whenever you desire. However, we advise against frequent removal as the wear and tear on the Velcro may increase with each removal.

Do You Have Solutions for Sliding Patio Doors?

We currently don’t have a solution for sliding patio doors, but we are working on one. If you would like to be notified when it is released, please add your email below.

Can I Remove and Reinstall the Panel?

Yes, our acrylic panels connect to your window using industrial Velcro. The panel can be removed by carefully pulling it off and can be reinstall when needed. We don’t recommend doing this often as it may cause wear to the Velcro, reducing its adhesive strength.

Can I Leave the Panel on Year Round?

This is possible, but not recommended. You probably won’t be able to close the window tightly enough to keep out moisture and cold air. Moisture could freeze in the Velcro attachment, weakening its strength over time. We recommend removing the window panel in the fall and putting it back on in the spring.

Are Any Screws or Damaging Mountings Required on the Window?

Not at all. We use industrial Velcro to secure the acrylic panel in place. Most people leave the Velcro strip attached to the window frame. We offer white or black Velcro to blend with your frame. If you want to remove the Velcro, simply peel it off. If there is any glue residue, use a product called “Goo Gone,” available at any hardware store or on Amazon.

Will My Screen Need To Be Removed?

Yes, they must be removed for our panel system to work. We will not create any special design to accommodate your screen. If they cannot be removed, you will need to find another company to assist you with your panel. This is not something we do or offer.

Is the Panel Visible from the Outside of the Window?

Not at all! This is what our customers love most about our installs. Our acrylic is of the highest quality and crystal clear. All that will be seen is your hose floating in the air of the window.

What If I Measure My Window Wrong?

If you measure your window incorrectly, don’t worry! We use the measurements provided to get a quote estimate. However, we do not charge you until our technicians have come to remeasure your window to ensure you’re paying the correct price.
