Pricing for Custom-Fit Portable AC Panels
Installed window panel pricing
Casement and awning pricing is based on the window opening size in square inches, confirmed at your measurement appointment. Measure opening width × height in inches, excluding the surrounding mounting trim.
Includes your measurement visit, custom acrylic panel, hook-and-loop mounting and installation within our service area. For a single round hose, one suitable adapter is included: normally FlowDown for casement/awning windows or FlowOut for sliding windows. Your technician confirms hose compatibility.
Two separate round hoses: add $25 per panel for the second adapter and additional hole cut. Oval dual hose: cutting and mounting your usable adapter are included; a replacement adapter is $45 only if needed.
Save 15% on two or more panels ordered together for the same property, measured together and installed together. The discount applies to the full listed panel price. Additional adapters, the $25 extra adapter/hole charge, parts and separate services are not discounted. Panels added to previous or future orders do not qualify.
All prices are before GST and PST. Final pricing is confirmed at measurement. We do not offer sliding-door panels or ship finished panels.

FAQ Pricing
The panel price includes a home measurement visit and demonstration, your custom acrylic panel, hook-and-loop mounting materials and a separate installation visit.
One suitable round-hose adapter is included for single round-hose ACs. We normally use FlowDown for casement/awning windows and FlowOut for sliding windows, subject to hose compatibility confirmed by your technician.
For an oval dual-hose AC, cutting and mounting your existing usable adapter are included. A replacement is $45 if needed. Two separate round hoses add $25 for the second adapter and additional hole cut.
There is no separate cutting or mounting fee for your usable oval dual-hose adapter. If it is missing, broken or unsuitable, ACR can supply a replacement for $45 plus tax. This additional adapter is not discounted.
Our installation service covers North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster and North Surrey.
We do not provide installation outside these service areas or ship finished panels.
