We take exact measurements onsite and confirm your final price. In most cases, this matches your original estimate.

Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a second booking link to schedule your installation — often as soon as the next business day.

How To Prepare
- Have your portable AC or Exhaust Hose onsite
- Ensure clear access to the window
- Remove window screens and anything blocking the frame
- Secure pets before arrival
- If dual-hose, have the hose adapter available

Once your invoice is paid, you’ll receive a booking link to schedule your installation — often as soon as two business day.

- We fit and secure your custom acrylic panel
- We install and test the hose connection
- We check for proper fit and stability
- We show you how to use and remove the panel
- Your AC setup is ready to use immediately
How To Prepare
- Window frame is fully cleaned
- All old adhesive, tape, or Velcro is removed
- Area around the window is clear and accessible
- Secure pets before arrival
- Portable AC is positioned near the window
We cannot install over existing adhesive or residue. The window frame must be clean prior to installation.
Important Notes
To ensure proper performance, please review the following:
- Your window must remain open while the AC is running — closing it can trap heat and damage materials
- The panel is not completely airtight, but is designed to significantly reduce hot air from entering
- Blocked vents or restricted airflow can cause overheating
- Very small window openings (under ~6 inches) can cause heat buildup around the exhaust
- Your AC unit should be clean and functioning properly, including filters
- Velcro and adhesive performance can be affected by high heat, direct sunlight, or poor airflow
Improper use or blocked airflow can lead to overheating and may impact the performance of the panel and mounting materials.
